We know it's hard to get feeback from all your stakeholders in a short amount of time. We've also been doing this long enough to know that new things pop up. With a two week window you can take your time, consult whoever you need, and get exactly what you want without ever hearing us say "Sorry, but you didn't give us that feedback in 3 days so we can't include that".

We start with the eLearning

Scripts and storyboards don't represent how your eLearning will actually work. You get no sense of the look and feel. That's why we give you a full course – not a prototype – to review.


No more guessing. No more thinking "So how will this look?" or "I don't get how this interaction works". You get to run through the real thing and see everything in contenxt, just like a learner will.

Review & revisions (Weeks 2-3)

How it works
Unlimited revisions during this 2-week window.
Review process
Access course via review link we provide. Involve as many reviewers as needed (no extra cost). All feedback submitted via review link (keeps it organised and transparent). One designated decision-maker to resolve conflicts.
Revision turnaround
We update as you leave feedback so you can always see the most up-to-date version.
Most common
Clients only need 1-2 revision rounds.
Your time investment
1-3 hours total for reviews.

Final delivery (End of Week 3)

What you receive
A published SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package depending on what your LMS needs. Fully tested, with source files and transfer of project, as well as any additional assets used in the project.
Payment
We invoice at project commencement with payment terms of 14 days. This can be adjusted depending on your needs or procurement policy.
Total time investment from you

3-5 hours.
